This cute little boy is Bandit, he is a collie type with a tan and black silky coat and he stands at medium height.
Bandit is 18 months old and very friendly and a quick learner. He has the traits of a collie as he is inquisitive and happy to be out walking. He loves cuddles with staff,  and is always happy to join in play with the other pups.He is good on his lead, and is very social with other dogs he meets.

Bandit is so affectionate.

We are looking for a home with or without another friendly dog, and children over 8 years, he hasn’t been tested for cats.
Again, another of the dogs affected by the Lorca contract going to the new pound and so we want him out to safety in the next month.
Bandit can travel as soon as March, and he is coming to the UK in foster if not homed before.

Bandit has been tested for low level Leish, which is maintained by cheap medication at £4 a box for a month and he will take this for 5 months of the year. We home many dogs with Leish and as long as owners know about this and the maintenance tablets then dogs can live healthy long lives

Adopting A DogWatch UK Rescue Dog

Before being adopted, dogs will have been vaccinated, wormed and treated for fleas.
If old enough they will have been neutered, if too young the new owners will need to ensure this is done.

All dogs are microchipped                                             All new owners can apply for 4 weeks Pet Insurance  FREE, to be activated from the link on our website

For Dogs coming from Spain         This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog- microchip, passport, vaccines, tests for S European diseases, neutering (if old enough), parasite treatment and transport to the UK.

We can not home dogs from Spain  to people who work full time or long hours, unless some sort of doggy day care is offered. They need someone at home a lot of the day, they are not used to being alone for long periods. A dog walker for an hour out of the day is not enough.
Leaving dogs a long time on their own means they are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.
