Dory a great family dog

Dory is a very sweet little girl, with a gentle and loving disposition she has a soft silky coat and is not very big standing at just 50 cms and weighing 18kg. Dory has lovely manners and walks well on the lead, plus is great with children and cats. She loves cuddles and is very friendly with the staff and other dogs. We believe she would make a great family dog and a good companion.
A good all rounder

Breed : mixed
Age : 3 years

Dory was brought to a shelter in Portugal because she was being kept on a short chain. Shortly after coming to the shelter she was diagnosed with Leishmaniose.

A private donor paid to send her to a veterinary clinic where she received treatment for a month. She is now in private foster care in a dog boarding kennels. Her Leish is now under control and she just has daily tablets which are very reasonable for 5 months at a time and a packet of tablets lasting 1 month costing £ 2.50, which is very cheap to keep her safe . There is no reason she can’t live a full and healthy life.
