Two very lovely puppies that will grow to be large dogs.  Probably labrador size and they are about 14 weeks at the moment.

Doughnut and Goofy.

Both puppies were born in the woods and being fed by a local bakery.  When they were about 12 weeks old, they were caught and one was taken to the shelter and one to the vet.

Doughnut is cheeky and black and tan with a feathery face and he is safe in the shelter now waiting for his home.  He is a lovely, friendly chap who loves to play.  He has a slightly wiry coat and a handsome face.

Goofy has a smooth, short black and white coat. When Goofy was rescued, it was immediately apparent he had some problems and wasn’t standing properly so he was taken to the vet for treatment.  We believe he received some kind of trauma possibly to the head because it appears the poor baby is now blind in one eye.  His balance is much better and the vet is happy with his progress. He is now in foster where he is behaving like a typical puppy of his age.  He is outgoing, friendly and playful.

Adopting A DogWatch UK Rescue Dog

Before being adopted, dogs will have been vaccinated, wormed and treated for fleas.
If old enough they will have been neutered, if too young the new owners will need to ensure this is done.
All dogs are microchipped
All new owners can apply for 4 weeks Pet Insurance  FREE, to be activated from the link on our website

For Rescue Dogs coming from overseas

This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog including
– microchip, pet passport, vaccines, tests for South European diseases, neutering (IF OLD ENOUGH), parasite treatment and transport to the UK.
We can not home dogs from overseas to people who work full time or long hours, unless some sort of doggy day care is offered. They need someone at home a lot of the day, they are not used to being alone for long periods. A dog walker for an hour out of the day is not enough.
Leaving dogs a long time on their own means they are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.
