Handsome Justin is a medium to large, smooth coated, black and white Pointer cross boy. He’s been at a pound in the North of Spain since he was a puppy but, despite that, he is very sociable with other dogs and people and a is a very loving boy.
A smashing boy, Justin is very active but not boisterous or difficult to manage. He needs daily exercise which he doesn’t get at the pound, but despite his excitement to get out, he walks quite well on the lead. He only pulls in the beginning and then doesn’t pull anymore.
Thanks to his good behaviour at the pound, he was selected to participate in a dog obedience training course done by volunteers. He completed all the training sessions with excellent results. He’s a very smart boy and very eager to please!
His Best Points :
Justin loves playing and running around with other dogs. He’s sociable with all dogs, so he could live with other dogs. He is great with children, gentle and calm around them. He would be a perfect dog for an active person living in a rural area.
He loves being with people, he’s very affectionate. He’s not shy or wary at all, he feels very comfortable when meeting new volunteers who take him out for a walk and they all praise what a good boy he is!

Adopting A DogWatch UK Rescue Dog
Before being adopted, dogs will have bee vaccinated, wormed and treated for fleas.
If old enough they will have been neutered, if too young the new owners will need to ensure this is done.
All dogs are microchipped
All new owners can apply for 4 weeks Pet Insurance FREE, to be activated from the link on our website
For Rescue Dogs coming from overseas
This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog including
– microchip, pet passport, vaccines, tests for South European diseases, neutering (IF OLD ENOUGH), parasite treatment and transport to the UK.
We can not home dogs from overseas to people who work full time or long hours, unless some sort of doggy day care is offered. They need someone at home a lot of the day, they are not used to being alone for long periods. A dog walker for an hour out of the day is not enough.
Leaving dogs a long time on their own means they are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.
