Beautiful girl Luci, has a long, fluffy, white and tan coat and she stands at medium height.
Luci came into the rescue with another male dog, from the same household. Poor Luci is partially blind and deaf: she can hear loud noises and we think certain shapes, but sadly not very much.
She is kennelled with the male dog she came in with, but can be a little dominant towards him. She doesn’t food guard, but can be a bit bossy. Luci does go out walking and she enjoys this but does need more lead training, as she is partially blind she will require careful training.
We are looking for a special quiet home for our precious girl, one where she will get lots of love and the special care she needs. We do not recommend she is homed with children or in a home with a lot of activities going on. She would suit an older family that enjoy walking
Dogwatch would really like to find a home for Luci asap, so that she can come live in a home and not be in the kennel environment

Adopting A DogWatch UK Rescue Dog

Before being adopted, dogs will have been vaccinated, wormed and treated for fleas.
If old enough they will have been neutered, if too young the new owners will need to ensure this is done.
All dogs are microchipped
All new owners can apply for 4 weeks Pet Insurance  FREE, to be activated from the link on our website

For Rescue Dogs coming from overseas

This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog including
– microchip, pet passport, vaccines, tests for South European diseases, neutering (IF OLD ENOUGH), parasite treatment and transport to the UK.
We can not home dogs from overseas to people who work full time or long hours, unless some sort of doggy day care is offered. They need someone at home a lot of the day, they are not used to being alone for long periods. A dog walker for an hour out of the day is not enough.
Leaving dogs a long time on their own means they are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.
