Luke loves to be out and about

Luke is a very nice looking Breton Spaniel of medium build, standing 37 cm to the shoulder and 53 cm length. He has a lush black and white coat. He is an energetic and very intelligent boy, who loves to go for walks and explore. He will need a certain amount of training although he is in a foster home at the moment who is already helping with this. He is house trained, used to living in a home environment and is loving and affectionate. He will make a wonderful addition to the right home .

Breed : Breton Spaniel
Age : 18 months

Luke was found abandoned, frightened and running the streets of Spanish town Rute before someone managed to catch him and bring him to the rescue, where he is now in a foster home

Fosterer’s report :
Very good young lad. Fits in here easily with the other dogs and causes no problems
Likes his walks and a good run.

We are able to cat test and although he is not in foster with any children, we can introduce him to some.

For Dogs coming from Spain and Portugal
This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog- microchip, passport, vaccines, tests for European diseases, neutering, parasite treatment and transport to the UK.
We can not home dogs from Spain or Portugal to people who work, even part time. They need someone at home all day, they are not used to being alone, so even a couple of hours broken with a dog walker will be too much for them to cope with. They are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.

Adoption Fee : £325 – to be paid direct to the Spanish/Portuguese rescue to cover travel costs via UK bank account
