Rehomed October 2012 Dexter (was Denzil)

Love a Happy ending? Then meet Dexter – he was homeless and the future looked bleak, as a black staffy we thought he would be hard to re home. How wrong we were.  Enter Rachel and Dan, look at the photos to see just how much Dexter’s life has changed. To start his new life they gave him a brand new name – Dexter, their youngest chose it for him and they couldn’t resist it.

And one month on –
Rachel writes, “just wanted to give you a little update on Dexter as we have finished our first month with him. He is doing so well, and bringing us so much happiness, he is great when walking and is great off lead too (especially if there is a ball, he adores fetch more than anything) he is eating wainwrights food and his coat is so shiny now.

He has learnt a few more commands, Wait, Stay, and he knows the names of the children (who he is nuts about!) He is also dog friendly and ignores any that have a yap at him if we are out walking, but if a dog is friendly he loves to play and have a little kiss with them!

We just want to thank you for giving us the chance to make a difference to him, because he has made a wonderful difference to us and we loved him as one of our family within no time. In future should we think about a doggy companion for him we will definitely get in touch with you guys, keep up all the good work!   From Rachael, Dan and Dexter!”

Thank you Rachel, Dan and family, we are just so pleased for our boy.
