![]() Scully is now receiving medical treatment.

Meet delightful Scully, he is a handsome male Staffordshire Bull Terrier who is about 3 years old. He is a lucky pound dog because he has been saved by Dogwatch, he was due to be put to sleep unless someone could offer him a safe place to stay. He is now in the West Midlands safe and waiting for a new home. Scully came to us in a sorry state with sores on his back end and back legs, he is now receiving treatment from a vet. This brave little soldier needs a good home soon, he needs to come out of kennels and get on with the rest of his young life. He will be castrated, wormed, deflead and vaccinated for his new family. These photos were taken at the kennels where Scully is living until he gets a new home. He is full of character and has the MOST energy. He is already a firm favourite with all the staff. Scully has not had much structure and training in his life which means he will need some training to help him learn how he is supposed to behave. For example at the moment he jumps up at the lead and wraggs it – our behaviourist is going to see him and will work out a training programme for him, to teach him how to walk on a lead. Scully is petite – not big and muscular and will jump as high as your head when he gets excited. It is such a shame that he has not been taught manners, someone has had him as a pup and just not done a jot with him, then thrown him out. Scully has such potential, he will make a lovely lad when trained properly. |
