Two small pretty little girls who love each other so much they want to stay together. They are both little lap dogs and have a very gentle and sweet manner and hate it in the kennels
Sissi is a sweet little black and white short haired girl with huge ears and little pointy nose. She stands at 33 cm and weighs 8kg.
Bolinho is her dear friend and she has a tan black and white long fluffy coat, she stands at 30cm and weighs 5kg
They both like other dogs but have not been tested for cats and small children
Breed : Mixed breeds
Age – Sissi 3 years old Bolinho 2 years old
The girls had a very sad story. Sissi and Bolinho lived with their elderly owner in Portugal. Sadly the owner was taken into hospital and the dogs were left alone at home for 2 days. They were brought into the shelter but they could not cope with their change of fortune.
Their owner ws too sick to take care of them so they needed a new home.
They are the sweetest little dogs but they were so sad. They were trying to scratch their way out of the kennel. They are so small but so gentle.
They were offered a home in the UK, where they settled down quickly, unfortunately their owners circumstances changed so they are now looking for a home again.
We would like to home them together but if we can home them separately.

For Dogs coming from Spain
This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the dog- microchip, passport, vaccines, tests for S European diseases, neutering (if old enough), parasite treatment and transport to the UK.
We can not home dogs from Spain or Portugal to people who work full time or long hours, unless some sort of doggy day care is offered. They need someone at home a lot of the day, they are not used to being alone for long periods. A dog walker for an hour out of the day is not enough.
Leaving dogs a long time on their own means they are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.
Adoption Fee : £300 if homed together or £185 each dog if homed separately.
