Tye is a tan, little handsome staffy cross rescue dog who had been thrown away at Christmas.
He is very loving and gentle with children and OK with other dogs.
He will be castrated, vaccinated, flea treated and wormed before going to his new home.
Latest update from Lyn is foster carer
“Tye has settled in well no problems at night. He’s a cheeky chap wanting to play all the time, he loves cuddles and fuss from everyone he’s met. He is great with children but you do have to watch him jumping up (working on that) around little ones. I think he will make a great family pet, maybe flyball would be his forte as he adores balls. Tye is getting better when he’s called by name, sitting nicely and waiting for his meals and he’s starting to sit and wait at the roadside, getting better all the time at walking to heal. He’s a quick learner and easy to please. ” Regards Lyn
Cat update - Tye met a cat this morning when we were out and he wagged his tail, showed interest but didn’t try to chase it or bark, there was only a wire fence between them and he was happy to walk away from it.
This is what Lyn said when she first met Tye-
“I picked Tye up yesterday, he was great in the car and great with the kids. He loves his food and is happy to sit on you all day cuddling but is way too curious with cats. I found he can be a bit nervy when out (as he doesn’t know his name yet, he is on the lead). He is very very thin so I’m giving him 3 meals a day and biscuits in between. ”
