Pretty! pretty looking girl. Stunning markings and temperament, similar to a St Bernard in looks. This is lovely Xana who is a young, active dog with energy. She loves running around and playing with other dogs. She seems to be sociable with every dog she meets! She is big and strong so she can play rough but never in a nasty way. She is a really good natured dog, very noble and sweet.

She needs daily walks, exercise and playing but most of all, love.

She is super affectionate and goes running to the door every time someone enters the pound, demanding a bit of affection.

She is fine with children. She hasn’t been tested with cats but could be tested.

Poor Xana was just abandoned to fend for herself and then she was brought to the pound where she is looking for that new home and lots of love please !

She’s been taken to spend the weekend at a volunteer’s home and she enjoyed it a lot, she was calm and happy inside home.

FOR DOGS COMING FROM OVERSEAS
This adoption fee is a contribution towards the costs of rescuing the
dog- microchip, passport, vaccines, tests for S European diseases, neutering (IF OLD ENOUGH), parasite treatment and transport to the UK.

We can not home dogs from Spain to people who work full time or long hours, unless some sort of doggy day care is offered. They need someone at home a lot of the day, they are not used to being alone for long periods. A dog walker for an hour out of the day is not enough.
Leaving dogs a long time on their own means they are highly likely to develop separation anxiety which is distressing for them and everyone in their new home.

ADOPTION FEE – £ 325 – to be paid direct to the Spanish rescue to cover travel costs via UK bank account
